Amitabh Bachchan Denies Hospital Admission and Angioplasty Rumors, Appears Healthy in Viral Video

Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary Indian actor, has firmly rebutted reports suggesting his hospitalization and angioplasty, asserting his well-being in a recently surfaced viral video.

Initial reports from Indian media had indicated Bachchan’s admission to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital, citing respiratory issues. Furthermore, claims emerged that doctors at the hospital had conducted an angioplasty procedure on Bachchan on March 15th morning.

However, a widely circulated video clip on social media presents Bachchan in apparent good health. As per an international news agency’s report, the video was recorded during the Indian Premier League (IPL) final match on the evening of March 15th.

The footage captures Bachchan exiting the stadium alongside his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan. When approached by Indian media representatives about his health, Bachchan initially gestured positively, indicating all was well. Subsequently, he vocally dismissed the rumors with a smile, affirming the falsity of the news before departing.

The presence of Bachchan and his son at the IPL final match underscores the actor’s active engagement, contrary to the circulated reports of health concerns.
