Punjab has made a significant decision regarding the supervision of annual exams in the Rawalpindi division. For the first time ever, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Gurudwaras, and Patwaris will take charge of overseeing Intermediate, FA, and FSC examinations.
In the past, teachers usually handled these responsibilities. However, due to concerns about integrity and fairness, the Punjab government has opted for a change. The move aims to combat illegal activities like the “booty mafia” interfering with the exams.
