Punjab’s Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz, wants clean drinking water for everyone in the province. Today, in Lahore, she led a meeting of the Aab-e-Pak Authority. She told everyone to use all the resources available to make sure people have clean water to drink. She also said to focus on putting new water filtration plants in places where the water is salty.
My Opinion:
I think it’s great that the Chief Minister is prioritizing clean drinking water. It’s something everyone needs, and by installing filtration plants, they’re taking a big step towards ensuring a basic necessity for all.
